A day after ordering the Office of Justice and the White House to investigate the mental state of former President Joe Biden while he was in office, President Donald Trump doubled on Thursday his accusations, without evidence, that Biden was not really directing the country, claiming that the attendees used their self -s) to carry out “radical” policies.

“I didn’t have much idea what was happening. It shouldn’t be … I mean, essentially, who used the autopilot was the president. And that is wrong. It’s illegal, it’s very bad and then it’s so disrespectful for our country,” Trump said.
Shortly after Trump ordered the Department of Justice to investigate “the circumstances surrounding the supposed execution of Biden of numerous executive actions during his last years in office,” Biden issued a statement to ABC News by qualifying the investigation “nothing more than a mere distraction.”
“Let me be clear: I made decisions during my presidency. I made decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation and proclamations. Any suggestion that was not ridiculous and false,” he said in his statement.

“This is nothing more than a distraction of Donald Trump and the Republicans of Congress who are working to promote disastrous legislation that would reduce essential programs such as Medicaid and increase costs to US families, all to pay fiscal exemptions for ultra -rich and large corporations,” Biden added.
Attorney General Pam Bondi has not directly approached Trump’s directive. A spokesman for the Department of Justice declined to comment when ABC News asked him.
Republican sensor Eric Schmitt and John Cornyn will co -deputy a hearing of the Senate Judicial Committee this month about accusations about Biden’s mental state.
The president of the Supervision Committee of the House of Representatives, James Eating, a Republican of Kentucky, issued a citation on Thursday to Dr. Kevin O’Connor, a doctor from Biden, to appear for a deposition on June 27, as part of what eating said it is an investigation into the cover -up of the cognitive deterioration of President Joe Biden. “

When Trump was asked about what the accusations were based, he said that he did not discover any specific evidence that Biden did not sign presidential documents.

The president, however, said without details that “Radical Left, horrible People” worked Biden without his knowledge consent.
“I could give the names of some of the people who use the autopilot because I am here and ask questions about the people who were here. In addition, there are many people who were here when it happened and are here now,” Trump said without giving more details.
“These were radical left lunatics that use that and were not chosen,” he added before making a false statement that Biden was not chosen.
