Four people died and another 14 wounds in a mass shooting on Wednesday night in Chicago, police said.
The butcher shop broke out in the neighborhood of River North, in the 300 block of West Chicago Avenue, when a vehicle stopped in one place and at least one armed man opened fire against a multitude stopped outside, said Chicago police.
The vehicle fled the scene immediately and nobody has been arrested, police said.

According to the police, four people were killed, two men and two women, and another 14 were injured, including several who were hospitalized in a critical condition.
“When I arrived last night it was an absolute chaos,” Pastor Donovan Price told reporters, who works to help victims of violence. “From the people who shout, to blood in the streets, to people who are in the streets, a massive police presence. Simply horrible. More than I have seen.”
The hospitals were “almost as chaotic” as the crime scene while people were looking for their loved ones, Price said.
Wounded victims are between 20 and 30 years old and 11 of the 14 people injured are women, police said.

“It seems that there was an album launch party, people who come from that. A SUV stops and only opens fire against a multitude of people,” said Price.
“It can happen anywhere,” he warned. “It’s devastating.”
Despite the shooting, the murders fell 32% to date in the city from June 29 and the shooting incidents fell 39%, According to Chicago crime data.
